The room where most meetings are held, to discuss laws, etc. Several windows overlook the street & parking lot below. A white board is in the front of the room, with giant rolling chair for the Tyrant, with other chairs set around the giant wooden table. A small oval desk in the back of the room near the door is for snacks and beverages.
